1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom or personalized products
• Pet Portraits and made-to-order items
• Used, washed, or damaged items caused by customers
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your eligible product and place a new order.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
